Our commitment to the industrial manufacturing sector is anchored by our new 48,500 SF facility in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Located at 500 Streambank Ave, this nearly 3-acre hub is designed for large-scale production and rapid response.
- Separate 10,000 SF Sandblasting Bay: Capable of handling components up to 10,000 lbs.
- Expanded Capabilities: Specializing in valve repair, industrial sandblasting and coating, and fireproofing.
- Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI): Leveraging our 48,000+ SF of space to ensure our clients have immediate access to critical materials, significantly reducing project downtime.
Specialized Insulation Systems
We manufacture industrial insulation solutions that mitigate heat loss and solve the industry’s most expensive problem: Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) on pipes, tanks, and vessels.
- StandOff™ Insulation System: Our proprietary solution designed specifically to prevent CUI and Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC).
- Removable Blanket Insulation: Custom-tailored, in-house manufactured blankets for valves, pumps, and vessels requiring frequent maintenance access.
- Industrial Materials: In-house fabrication of Mineral Wool, HT/Cryogenic Aerogel, Calcium Silicate, and Fiber Glass insulation.
Custom Electrical Panels & Controls
As a certified manufacturing company, our ETL-authorized shops build rugged electrical solutions for both general-purpose and hazardous/explosion-risk areas.
- Heat Trace Control Panels: Multi-point digital monitoring, heat trace panels, BMA, and power distribution systems.
- Temporary Power Skids & Racks: Custom-built equipment to keep operations running during shutdowns, emergencies, or construction.
