Our experts in heat tracing services, industrial insulation, electrical engineering, fireproofing, and rope access services work together as one connected system aligning design, execution, and maintenance to eliminate inefficiencies and improve long-term reliability. From our office to the field, we support major oil and gas sites through both project work and ongoing maintenance, ensuring every part of the system performs as intended.

CEO
Chris is an innovative leader transforming the heat management industry through a fully integrated, systemic approach. He unites insulation, heat trace, fireproofing, and rope access into a single, cohesive solution – MSCP’s heat management standard – ensuring clients experience predictable, reliable, and seamless operations. Under his leadership, MSCP continuously optimizes products, services, and workflows, leveraging digital tools and data-driven insights to improve the performance of the entire system. His systemic Vendor Owned Managed Inventory (VOMI) model eliminates operational bottlenecks, freeing clients to focus on what drives value rather than managing stock or supply. Chris embeds systemic thinking, continuous improvement, and innovation throughout MSCP, ensuring every part of the organization works together to deliver measurable results and stay ahead of industry challenges.

With a background in engineering and skilled trades, Mahmoud leads field operations at MSCP, optimizing Heat Management Systems and Manufacturing with a focus on the human factor and using the Theory of Constraints (TOC) to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

He is passionate about guiding teams to succeed, fostering a culture of excellence, and helping our organization deliver results in a competitive and ever-changing industry.
Karl Metcalfe
Director of Sales Development
Director of Sales Development With a professional background in construction, procurement and materials management, Karl and his family moved from Dublin, Ireland to Alberta, Canada in 2013. Since then, he has held senior management roles in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically focusing on the insulation and corrosion mitigation sectors. Karl also has extensive product and application knowledge and first-hand experience in product development and brings this creativity and innovation to the MSCP team.
