MSCP’s head office is located in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This location serves as our main corporate office and is home to our internal Heat Management Systems (HMS) School for current employees, supporting ongoing training, skills development, and safety excellence across our field teams.

The Sherwood Park office also houses the largest certified rope access training center in Canada, where our experienced instructors deliver industry-recognized IRATA rope access training for all three certification levels.

Until 2026, this facility also included MSCP’s metal and manufacturing shop. Manufacturing operations were relocated to a new, industrial facility close to the Head Office in Sherwood Park to support continued growth, expanded production capacity, and operational efficiency.

The HMS training program is structured across four progressive levels, covering heat tracing, industrial insulation, electrical systems, and integrated field execution to ensure consistent quality and system reliability across projects.

MSCP owns and operates the largest certified IRATA rope access training center in Canada. Our facility is staffed by an experienced team of certified IRATA rope access instructors who deliver professional, industry-recognized rope access training for both internal crews and external candidates.

All three IRATA rope access course levels – Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 – are offered, providing a clear pathway for technicians seeking certification, skill advancement, and long-term career development in industrial rope access.

MSCP’s new 48,500 SF manufacturing facility sits on 2.99 acres in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This facility centralizes industrial services, including new services as valve repair and maintenance, industrial sandblasting and coating services, industrial fireproofing, extended metal fabrication and warehousing.

The facility features a separate 10,000 SF sandblasting bay capable of handling orders up to 10,000 lbs, enabling faster project execution, reduced downtime, and lower costs.
